Drop off your box at one of over 11,000 DPD Drop-Off locations across the UK.

Arrange for DPD to collect your return package from your location for a £10 charge.

Here are some simple tips to applying stickers to your items ready to send to us.

Video Tapes – Pop the sticker straight onto the tape itself. Stick it on the big flat side where it’s easy to see, be sure not to cover the flap. If the tape is small it's fine to apply it to the case.
Discs (DVDs, CDs, etc.) – Stickers go on the case or sleeve only, never on the disc.
Cine Reels – Please don’t cover the reel holes (we need those to put them on our machines).
Photos & Negatives – No need to label each photo. Just put one sticker on the envelope, bundle, or case.

Our sturdy crush-proof box is designed for sending your items safely.
Pad out the box with newspaper, old packaging, or whatever you have to hand to keep everything nice and snug.
Be sure to include your Naming and Item Count sheets so we know how you'd like your items digitally returned.
