How We Collect Reviews

Where our customer rating comes from

The rating shown on our website — 4.7 out of 5 — is the average of more than 12,000 post-order customer surveys we have collected ourselves since 2018. When an order is completed, we invite the customer by email to score their experience from 1 to 5 and leave feedback. Every response is tied to a real order number. The displayed figure is rounded down from our precise internal average.

What we do — and don't do

We do not pay for, incentivise, or edit survey scores, and negative scores count towards the average exactly like positive ones. The written testimonials shown on our site are genuine customer submissions from this programme; we may shorten names for privacy, and for our non-English websites testimonials are translated from the original with AI assistance.

Independent review platforms

You can also find independent reviews of EachMoment on Trustpilot (4.0) and Google Reviews (4.1), as of July 2026. These scores are based on smaller and more recent samples than our own survey base, which covers every completed order since 2018 — we link them here so you can compare for yourself.

How we prevent fake reviews

Survey invitations are only sent to the email address on a completed order, responses are matched to order IDs, and anything not based on a genuine customer experience is removed from our figures.
